Dr. Sudhanshu Sekhar is a certified Indian Patent Agent with extensive experience in patent search and analysis. Holding a Ph.D. in life science from ICGEB, he has authored six international papers and the book "Cracking the Patent Search Code," covering areas like, Molecular Biology, and Biomedical Devices.

Currently an Advisor at Adhvan Healthcare & Life Sciences, he specializes in biodegradable polymers, nutraceuticals, and science communication, connecting research to real-world applications.

Manisha Vaswani is an Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship and Strategy, specializing in CEOs' impression, entrepreneurial storytelling, and family businesses. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from UT Arlington and has taught various courses on business global strategy. Outside academia, she develops Edtech tools, mentors, and supports community businesses. Her integrates research, teaching, and a passion for helping others realize their ideas.

Dr. Harpreet Singh is an in synthetic and analytical chemistry, currently the Chemistry and Innovation Specialist at Behr Process Paints India Pvt. Ltd. He has experience in advanced chemical research, having served as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Institute for Nano Science and Technology (INST), Mohali. With a PhD Chemical Sciences from IISER, Mohali, he specializes in designing and synthesizing molecules for applications like photosynthesis and sensing. Dr. Singh's skills in small molecule and macromolecule make him a valuable asset in chemical research and development.
